Valerie Nevis has spent more than two decades building a real estate career in the Yuba-Sutter area — and in 2026 she opened her own brokerage, Represent Real Estate Inc, based at 1641 Colusa Hwy in Yuba City.
With over 22 years of experience in the industry, Valerie specializes in assisting buyers and sellers throughout the region. Her expertise spans seller and buyer representation, property listings, REO transactions, and the management of commercial, industrial and residential properties.
She also holds a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation, equipping her to help individuals facing the possibility of foreclosure with real, confidential options tailored to their specific situation — and a Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation through the California Association of REALTORS®.
